What level of IT knowledge is required to use your solution?
- Level 0 (zero) for production operators: they only press Start / Stop.
- Basic level for warehouse staff: they simply access and print barcodes for raw materials.
- Advanced level only for the system administrator (usually one person). Alternatively, our team can handle full system administration on your behalf.
There is an initial implementation fee, depending on the client’s infrastructure.
Implementation typically takes 4-8 weeks for the standard solution, with optional customizations available upon request.
After go-live, there is a monthly subscription based on the number of users. The subscription includes:
- continuous updates,
- access to new features,
- full support and maintenance.
We provide full support, from installation and training to continuous maintenance.
Support can be offered via email, phone, online sessions, or on-premise, depending on each client’s preferences and needs.
